Most officers should have completed their COERs by now, but that doesn’t mean you are done with the process. Remember, you are responsible for making sure your COER is completed by your Rater and Reviewing Official. You should have received a number of emails outlining requirements and processes for insuring your COER is completed appropriately. DON’T FORGET!
