Since we’re in the heart of records update season and flu vaccinations, you may have experienced difficulty reaching the Medical Affairs Branch fax line to document your immunizations. Please note that today two additional lines were added for you to fax your immunizations as announced on the CCMIS website (below).
Added fax lines for immunization submissions: (301) 480-0373, (301) 480-0385. You can still try the main immunization fax line at (301) 427-3433.
