The Abused Women’s Aide in Crisis (AWAIC) Shelter has requested to have COA volunteers help with their annual fundraiser, 2016 Silent Nights, Starry Nights Gala. This event is traditionally AWAIC’s largest annual fundraiser, drawing over 300 of Alaska’s most generous and caring supporters.
Date : Saturday, November 5th
Location: Captain Cook Hotel, 939 W 5th Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99501
Time : 5:00 PM-9:00 PM. Part-time volunteer shifts are available- please contact Caitlyn Sawicki directly at 907-743-5727, caitlin_s@awaic.org to discuss options.
Parking : On your own- carpool anyone ??
Food: Will be provided
Restrictions: All volunteers must be 21 (+)

Job description
- Raffle Sales: 5:00pm – 9:00pm – Responsibilities include walking around to collect money and loud-talkin’!! There will be three different raffles and Caitlyn will separate people into teams.
