There are still many IHS officers who have not initiated your required 2016 Commissioned Officers’ Effectiveness Report (COER). In an effort to assist you through the COER process, the Division of Commissioned Personnel Support (DCPS) has prepared a series of presentations on the COER. The first is a brief presentation for officers discussing your responsibilities and providing guidance to help you navigate the COER process.
