The Commissioned Officer Association has partnered with CAPT Rob Tosatto to present an informative webinar on 14 February at 1200-1300 EST encompassing the Medical Reserve Corps (MRC). The webinar, “Medical Reserve Corps and You,” will discuss the Medical Reserve Corps system and how United States Public Health Service officers and the local branches of COA can connect with MRC units to contribute to their local communities.
