FYI Regarding: [External] REMINDER: Supervisors Role in Performance/Conduct Accountability

Greetings Officers,

There may be some Officers receiving an email from: HHSLMS@hhs.gov with a subject line of “[External] REMINDER: Supervisors Role in Performance/Conduct Accountability (Part 1 of 2)”

CDR Wanca has checked with the IHS Area HR department.  The training is only mandatory for IHS tribal employees if you supervise Federal Civil Service Employees (not tribal employees)  Although Commissioned Corps Officers are federal employees, we are not civil service employees, therefore if you supervise tribal employees and CC Officers, it is not required to take the training.  Please feel free to contact CDR Wanca at Martha.wanca@ihs.gov with any questions.
