4th Annual Bone Marrow Registry Drive (October 17th, 18th, & 19th)

Attention fellow officers!

ANMC is in need of volunteers to assist in its 4th annual bone marrow registry drive.

The goal of the drive is to increase the number of Alaska Native and American Indian people in the United States registry, as only ~1% of the registry consists of Alaska Native and American Indian decent.

ANMC will be hosting 2 separate events as part of its 4th annual bone marrow registry drive.  The first event is scheduled for October 17th and will be located in the main lobby of the ANMC Healthy Communities Building.  The second event will be held at the Alaska Federation of Natives Convention (AFN) October 18th & 19th located at the Dena’ina Convention Center.

Requested dates and times are listed below:

ANMC – HCB Main Lobby

Wednesday, October 17th from 8am to 4pm

AFN Convention – Dena’ina Convention Center

Thursday, October 18th from 9am to 5pm

Friday, October 19th from 9am to 4pm

For any officers that are interested in volunteering 1-2 hours of your time to assist with either one of these upcoming events, please contact CDR Anne Marie Bott at ambott@anthc.org.
