On 22 June 2018, Commissioned Corps Instruction 241.01 (CCI 241.01), entitled “Readiness and Duty Requirements” was issued. Along with officially defining the USPHS Weight Standards, which becomes effective 01 Oct 2018, this CCI includes several IMPORTANT updates/changes to our existing Basic Readiness requirements and standards
