I hope you are all well and enjoyed the holiday week. I wanted to announce the results from the COA Picnic raffle drawing. An anonymous donor is providing this year’s prize, which is a $50 REI gift card.
First, I’d like to recognize LCDR Penelope Adams and her team for their work in organizing and coordinating this year’s COA picnic. She recruited a long list of volunteers who made the event a very tasty success! It was a beautiful day, the sun was out, and we were fortunate to be joined by 41 of our fellow officers. Thank you everyone on both sides of the grill for your time and effort. It was much appreciated.
LCDR Adams and LCDR Sides conducted a drawing from the names on the officer sign-in sheet and the winner is…Lt Kayla Vujovich. Come on down! Please email the Executive Committee to coordinate receipt of you prize and thank you for attending the event.
I wish everyone else a happy week. Please consider running for a COA Executive Committee position. It’s a great opportunity, looks good on a resume, and you get to hand out cool gifts.
