Developing & Implementing an Outward Mindset 2-Day Workshop

The Commissioned Officers Foundation and the Commissioned Officers Association are committed to supporting and advancing the interests of the Commissioned Corps and its officers.   COF/COA is pleased to support a wide variety of educational and training opportunities for officers across the public health professions.  We are again offering the 2-day leadership development program, “Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset” (DIOM), as a preconference training at this year’s annual Symposium in Dallas.  We recognize that support or time for travel is difficult for many officers, particularly those located at remote or isolated duty stations.  To help address this challenge, we believe in “bringing the training to you”:  to do this we are supporting travel and coordination for our trainer, CAPT Jason Woo, to hold a DIOM in Anchorage, AK the weekend of August 25-26th.  To schedule the 2-Day DIOM workshop in Anchorage, we need a minimum of 25 participants. Based on category, learners may claim CME 15.0 credits , CPE 15.0 contact hours or CNE 15.0 contact hours after completing the 2-Day workshop.  Additional information is included in the attachment and at www.Arbinger.com.
