The Commissioned Officers Association (COA) invites members to participate in COA’s first ever photography contest. We are looking for your submissions. You’ve been there. You’ve done that. You’ve seen the moment and snapped the shot — and now you’re ready to share it. All you must do for your chance to win is submit your photo. The theme of the photo contest focuses on public health officers (active and retirees) engaging in activities that promote and protect the health of the Nation at home and at work.
