Hello officers!
I have six slots filled for spin participants in our first AB COA USPHS spin class! There is still room to join in! Please see the attached information below if you are still interested.
I would love to see a good showing of officers for this class! You can even time it with your holiday shopping! 🙂
Indoor spin class on December 16th at the West Alaska Club from 11-11:50 am! This is a FREE EVENT! Yes, yes, FREE! Not an official USPHS event, but it would be great if everyone wore their PTU shirts to showcase ourselves!
I’ve attached a Google doc requesting all officers interested in registering with me so I have a head count on who’s coming. You must also sign a waiver form through the Alaska Club upon entry. Give yourself time before class to get set up (especially if this is your first spin class).
Please make sure you bring the following for class:
Water bottle
PTU shirt
Cycling shoes/or running shoes
Sweatband – if you need it! 🙂
