Executive Committee

CDR Yekaterina Manyoky is a PHS officer of 12 years, currently working with the Community Health Aide Program at the Alaska Native Triable Health Consortium. In her spare time, she enjoys subsistence activities of fishing, berry picking, and mushroom hunting.

CDR Theresa Castellanos is an Integrated Clinical Pharmacist at the Anchorage Native Primary Care Center. She has been an active member of the Aurora Borealis Branch, most recently serving as President. She is the HOSA subcommittee lead and previously served as Executive Secretary, Community Outreach Chair, and was on the Membership committee. In her spare time, CDR Castellanos likes to bake, create photo books, and travel with her husband and two young children.

LT Kobe Thammavongsa serves as Treasurer for the Aurora Borealis Commissioned Officers Association Executive Board. He is a Registered Nurse and Nurse Shift Supervisor at Southcentral Foundation Detox, where he focuses on supporting staff development, clinical operations, and helping customer-owners safely navigate withdrawal management. As Treasurer, he is committed to responsible stewardship, officer engagement, and the continued growth of the branch.
